No Refund Policy - All Sales Are Final
X-Store operates a strict no-refund policy for all products and services offered on our platform. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, or a service has been activated, we cannot accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in accordance with standard industry practices for digital goods and services.

- Custom Development Projects

- Source Codes and Scripts
- Themes and Templates
Are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Services and Subscriptions
All services including but not limited to:
- Chat Hosting Services
- Voice Chat Platform Subscriptions
- Custom Development Services
- Installation and Configuration Services
- Technical Support Packages
Are non-refundable once the service has been activated or work has commenced.
Payment Processing
All payments processed through X-Store are final and non-reversible. This includes payments made via:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Bank Transfers
- Mobile/Bank Wallets
- Any other payment methods available on our platform
Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to:
- Review all product descriptions and specifications before purchase
- Ensure compatibility with their existing systems
- Verify system requirements
- Read all documentation and terms
- Contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase
No Exceptions
We do not make exceptions to this refund policy for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Purchased by mistake
- Did not read the product description
- Incompatibility with buyer's system
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Dissatisfaction with product features
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the buyer, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate the buyer's account immediately
- Revoke access to all purchased products and services
- Ban the buyer from future purchases
- Provide evidence of the purchase and delivery to the payment processor
