Cancellation Eligibility
At X-Store, we understand that your needs may change over time. While all sales are final and non-refundable, we do allow cancellations for subscription-based services under specific conditions outlined below.

Important - No Prorated Refunds
No Partial Refunds: When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Once cancelled, the service will terminate at the end of the paid period and will not renew.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription using one of the following methods:
- Log in to your X-Store account
- Navigate to "My Services" or "Subscriptions"
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email
Contact our support team with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Service/Subscription ID
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
- Preferred cancellation date
Support will process your request within 24-48 hours.

Data Retention After Cancellation
Data Backup Required
Upon cancellation and termination of your service:
- All data associated with your subscription will be permanently deleted
- This includes chat logs, user data, files, and configurations
- We recommend backing up your data before cancellation
- Deleted data cannot be recovered after service termination
Automatic Termination
Your subscription will be automatically terminated at the end of the current billing period. You will:
- Lose access to the service immediately upon expiration
- No longer be charged for the service
- Receive a final confirmation email when the service ends
Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate a cancelled subscription after it has expired:
- You must place a new order through our website
- Previous data may not be recoverable
- New setup fees may apply
- Previous discounts or promotional pricing may not be honored
Payment Failures & Grace Period
If your subscription renewal payment fails:
- A 7-day grace period will be granted to resolve payment issues
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Service continues during the grace period
- If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription will be cancelled
- No refunds for payments made during the grace period
